Matt Caulfield
Matt Caulfield is a licensed NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner with the Society of NLP; having trained with Paul McKenna Training and Dr Richard Bandler, the co-developer of NLP.
Matt weaves stories and anecdotes into his teaching that makes a style that is both compellingly interesting and easily understandable, his genuine passion for the subject comes across as he delivers his training with a wry smile and wickedly dry sense of humour.
He balances a highly pragmatic approach to his training with the bravado and vagaries of a showman and magician. Matt has been studying and practising personal development and has experimented with methods of consciousness alteration, including mediation, yoga and T’ai Chi for over 10-years.
He believes everything should be experiential, there is a difference between theoretical ‘knowledge’ and practical ‘understanding’: You should ‘do’ rather than watch or be told about something, to have a true understanding of the subject.
"An expert in NLP techniques, background and training methodology. It was a privilege to be taught by someone who is such a master."James Irvine, Trainer
"Matt is a brilliant trainer, he is funny and enthusiastic and explains the subjects well. He makes it fun and easy to learn."Lisa Taylor, Nursery Manager
"Very funny and knowledgeable. His teaching method is very effective and he keeps you focused even when very tired".Mike Edwards, Property Developer
"Matt was very skilled at enabling me to learn without feeling like I had to try hard. The techniques and approaches found themselves settling nicely into my subconscious."Andy Lucas, Hypnotherapist
